Consumer attitudes Technical Brief #3

The technical brief #3 compiles information on studies regarding Kenyan consumers' preference and attitiude and willingness to pay for insect-based food products , investigated under the GREEiNSECT project.

The brief highlights the studies conducted on consumer research on house crickets (Acheta domesticus) and termites (Macrotermes subhyalinus). The studies carried out by Phd studens Mohammed Alemu and Kennedy Pambo focus on consumer intentions, personal involvement and sensory attributes.
