Insects meet gastronomy forum
GREEiNSECT PhD Afton Halloran, presented her work on insect farming in Kenya and Thailand at the 2017 Parabere Forum from 5-6 March in Barcelona. The Forum is aiming to bring together and empower the voice of women on food issues. The forum features all food related issues from production to gastronomy, turism, integration and socio-economic impact.
